No Watchers eye?

Currently not running a watchers eye, I will in the future, but haven't found one I thought was really necessary. I'm pretty socket starved currently.

Budget?

Budget is pretty medium tbh. If you don't run the Simplex, or the expensive jewels (ES Light of Meaning and Int Bound by Destiny), I would say the build cost around maybe ~400-500d
