I'm working on a Power Siphon Ballista Totem setup.

I'm working on a League Starter POB, but the idea is budget build, leveraging a lot of power charges early to get tons of free crits/damage from Power Siphon. I like Totem, and Whisperer gives a lot of damage to the build. I think more than triple my early game setup on Hierophant.

A bit more squishy comparing to the Hierophant version, but we get to cap spell suppression, MoM, and a bit of evasion. I'm not sure how it will feels but I like damage and this one deliver.
