Hey everyone! In today's video I wanted to show you guys my leaguestart build plan for 3.29. This is a selfcast Kinetic Fusillade Elementalist build. Kinetic Fusillade got a massive change this patch where its attack speed scaling got lowered from 200% to 125% and its proj hover duration lowered from 0.7s to 0.5s. This is a slight nerf to ultra-endgame KF builds but is a buff to early game and leaguestart builds since we won't have to worry that much about balancing our Attack Speed vs Duration Reduction as much anymore. It'll still be relevant but it'll be a ton more lenient early on.

I do have ideas I want to test out with the new KF changes in terms of pushing it into the ultra-endgame, but I decided to leave those for a later. If you guys have any questions or recommendations, drop them down in the comments below and I'll reply back to you as soon as I can. Enjoy!
