This build uses Coiling whisper to gain permanent 45 stacks of soul eater which provides 225% cast speed, and push the potential of intensify/overloaded intensify to the limit. Converting lightning damage to chaos so build is viable on an occultist. Build is fast, has a lot of damage, and very, very tanky. This is not a league star or early game build because it requires currency to get core items/gems.
