I was looking into some wierd build ideas and actually found a very interesting concept here. Geofri's devetion Elemental Warding ability has an insane amount of base damage (2 to 3k physical damage) and auto converts it into a random element. As an elementalist all your damage can ignite.
I threw this together quickly: The base items to get everything going is less then 15 chaos:
With just those items, 20/20 gems you already are looking at 630k ignite dps with a level 92 tree:
You use cyclone to proc EE (as long as you dont have any added fire damage) Elemental warding skill, and wave of conviction with cast while channeling.
This should give you very nice clear since elemental warding shoots out 16 piercing projectiles around you that travel more then a full screen away. With ignite prolif it should be able to clear more then a whole screen without a problem. And decent bossing since ignites deal constant damage.
After that theres tons of ways to improve/build the rest of your character. Some main suggestions/no-brainers:
For the rest of gear there are ton of options, like:
And much more. There are two guyes playing this build in ritual and they both use completely different gear set-ups (one uses rampage/HH with 4.5k total health, other one uses crab set with much higher healer total for a more defensive setup).
You can easily end up with 5m+ ignite dps and I wouldnt be surprised if you could push it to 10m+ with very good gear.
Whats everyone thoughts about it? And maybe some items that could be interesting I overlooked?
