Is Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation still viable? Using the Crown of Eyes helmet to get back the spell damage scaling GGG robbed us of in 3.24. Although not as much, 150% vs 250% pre-nerf built into the gem. Done up to t16 maps so far.

A lot of upgrades needed. Missing spell damage per int on weapon, 90% cost & reservation multiplier on helm to be able to re-slot in precision. Dying Sun flask for an extra 2 projectiles, got 4 atm. Went Multishot for the +1 and extra spell suppression, dropping 1 full cluster and robbing the other. Above all, i'm after the "% chance to evade attack hits while affected by Grace" affix on Watcher's. Gonna cost a lot to get that + the Discipline one together D:
1 huge upgrade I made to be able to instantly facetank t16 was a Watcher's Eye with the affix "gain x energy shield per enemy hit while affected by discipline". Scored a 26/30 roll for just over 1.5 div.
