The high end POB includes haste, which is entirely unnecessary with the enlighten 5 setup. The budget POB has about half the damage within a ~10 div budget (which is mostly in crafting the helm and the penumbra ring).

Came up with this build because I wanted to play something off meta. I think reave is actually the better skill here, but lacerate looks cooler because reave has not had a new MTX since ... forever.

The build uses ephemerals edges high flat damage, and solves the issue of low attack speed by using soulthirst self chill. There are several soulthirst + rotblood setups out there, so I won't explain this in detail. Corsucrating elixir is my shortest flask effect, but it lasts 2 minutes 20 seconds, which gives plenty of time to clear any map.

Winter orb lasts forever with self-chill, and is a good way to cull with item rarity support for goblin farming.
