Super fun build I have been doing for breach. As long as you have some poisons on you you are basically immortal healing your entire hp bar every server tick along side 90 max res. Also doesn't care about any eater alter downsides and can run almost every map mod besides avoid poison.
Credit to u/TableForRambo he made this build in 3.26 and all I did was basically slap on the new belt
