This is my 3.26 penance brand build teaser.

So many things to update and change so don't follow this step by step. The build is by no means complete with tons of upgrades and min maxing left to do but wanted to showcase the power of fishing rod.
The rune is extremely rare it seems. There were still none listed last I checked :/ If anyone is interested in a more budget build ill include that pob from before i had HH and fishing rod tech.
