T16 8-mod City Square with double currency juiced ultimatum idols. Also, smaller arena and less buff duration are actually buffs in my eyes for this build lol.
I haven't played flicker or PoE since Archnemesis (3.17) and I thought the int stacking Doryani's Prototype was tanky back then...
The build is basically carried by Svalinn + Replica Call of the Brotherhood + Ralakesh's Impatience.
