Soulwrest is a fantastic option for a 3.18 League Starter in Path of Exile Sentinel due to it not needing any required items until level 80 for the Soulwrest staff to summon your Phantasms away. Going through the acts & campaign with Absolution you will easily be able to complete them without struggle and in good speedy team. Once you get the staff the build takes off and you will be well on your way to overcome content in Path of Exile 3.18 League Starter with this Budget Build Guide.
