Welcome to Emci's & Lucifer's VBV Guide. In this guide, you will find four variants. You can switch between these variants using the drop down in the top left. In this guide, I will link to where you can procure these items, as most of them are available through services. If you are using the Low Life variant, I will also explain a few things you need to do to get it working. First, a little math. Your unreserved life divided by your full life, multiplied by 100, will give you your life reservation percentage. For example: 2400 / 4500 x 100 = 53.3, rounded down to 53%. Cast per second multiplied by skill effect duration will give you the total number of blades you can have out at one time if you are continuously spamming them. For example: 5.0 x 7.025 = 35.1, rounded down to 35 blades. You will want to change the keystone for Perfect Agony to something else. Lethe Shade is the best defensive keystone, but it can be anything that does not negatively affect your character. If you are going LL with Pain Attunement, do not change Perfect Agony into Pain Attunement. There is a bug where, even though your Timeless Jewel changes it, it is still considered to be in use. To keep Divination Distillate active, you need to use Lightning Tendrils to spend mana. Then, activate Soul Catcher, which will disable mana gain and keep it active. For That Which Was Taken, it is very optional depending on where you are lacking. If you go the LL route, you will need Adrenaline on it. For the Watcher's Eye, you want Physical Damage converted to Cold Damage and Critical Strike Chance with Hatred. The third mod is optional. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the DEF Variant, you lose the Chaos Leeched as Life from the MF Gloves implicit, meaning you no longer have a source of leech for Instant Leech to be effective. There are very few sources of Spell Damage Leeched as Life, so we run a Watcher's Eye with Life Leech while affected by Vitality. You can also use Life Gain on Hit and remove the Instant Leech Mastery to save a node. The % Physical Damage version is better for scaling explosions for clear.
