[3.25] 7:50 full Sanctum clear | LWarp/Penance Assassin (+Budget PoB)

This is configured for PEAK dps, which is not real in-game DPS. For example, penance dps ramps over its duration as it gains stages. Especially during short fights (<1-2s) the real dps will be MUCH lower. I do not recommend upgrading the build this far, as a standard Void battery (+rare wand) setup will have near identical performance for much lower cost. I recommend aiming for slightly over 4k phys max to avoid getting oneshot by the flicker guard. For max speed I recommend at least 98% reduced duration on LWarp, or 95% with Less Duration. The difference between 99% and 100% reduced is very small.
