Update: Made some minor adjustments to updated pob, you drop Awakened Elemental Focus for 21/20 Increased Critical Damage now, for reflect maps we gem swap added fire damage for Physical to Lightning and drop the bound runegraft. The updated pob has new gloves that you can craft for very cheap, u only need 50% convert since physical to lightning support converts the rest (go for veiled aoe instead)
