Welcome back to another league! Tried to be more concise with the info as everything you need will be in the PoBs already.

Incoming DoT buffs are supposed to be soon, but we'll have to see what mark has planned for that.

One minor thing to note is that I forgot whether glancing blows was actually useful or not on day 1 for spell block so keep that in mind. I'll change if it is. Another other major changes will be pinned in comments.

As usual, end game build typically strays pretty far away from league to league as we get and lose different power so be sure to check my day 1 stream for latest updates and vods.
