Current build based off of Ruetoo's crit pconc build. Look up his guide for gearing and items, I just wanted to showcase my current set upon Xesht 4.

I don't think PoB caclulates poison concoction's damage correctly, and in PoB I had to use custom config to match my in game crit multi.
