RPGIGAN's Notes

Arcanist Brand Soulrend build for Path of Exile. Requires a lot of investment on mana regen/decreased mana cost of skills to sustain since 3.15. By using Greater Multiple Projectiles, we can produce a large amount of cats per second without the need for a Dying Sun.
