Triple proc build using essence crafted bow with Fire Burst, then Asenath's Chant helmet to proc ball lightnings for clear speed and then Barrage CoC Ball lightning mostly for single target dps. Overall pretty meh build, no realy mitigation just 7k+ eHP. Combined dps is around 1.5 mil only. But it can farm T16 maps, just not good for end game.
