[PoE2] DEEP DIVE - Damage Multipliers Breakdown for Tempest Flurry + Bell on Bosses

We're late in the season, and I figured now would be a good time to dive into the DPS mechanics of this Crit Attribute Stacking Invoker, specifically single-target (much of this applies to the more popular Gemling Legionnaire variant). Whether aspiring to run this build or not, I think almost everyone here has something to take away in exploring all the various effective damage multipliers in Path of Exile 2.
