Edit : fixed the pob custom lines and added a second cluster to give a level 100 tree.

DPS is now 8.7m pinnacle dps with 16k es and 5k es regen and 13.5k mana.

(I did change RF to lvl 1 and the quality to 54% to allow for the new rf gem aoe quality)
