Self-Chill Spark Mines Surfcaster Final Update

You should level with selfcast spark until you obtain Minefield Support at the end of act 4. Scolds Bridle Will hit us in the face for 400% of mana cost when we use a skill, applying self-chill. Immortal Call is the highest mana cost skill we are interested in using ( If Spark Mines ) to chill ourselves. Use Lethe Shade to extend the self-chill duration. In my recent video @6:50 Minutes ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMrhgk5QA44&t=319s ) I said that I thought "% Increased effect of non-damaging ailments" would make our self-chill bigger. IT DOES NOT, I WAS WRONG So our best option* with Scold's Bridle is scaling our self-chill by increasing the mana cost of a skill we use. @12:00 Minutes I also talked about using Machina Mitts They are an interesting pair of gloves but unfortunately also a T2 unique item I am not not sure how we can reclaim the leech without them. I've changed the POB to show examples without these gloves If you don't want to use Machina Mitts, you need to use Zealot's Oath somehow Wicked Ward won't work with well with Self-Chill IMO You NEED some form of recovery besides Ghost Dance
