My Final Tornado Shot Setup Path of Exile 3.21 Crucible

My final form for my Tornado Shot League Start Deadeye Character. This build guide is as far as I am going to take the character as I took the character to well over 1.5 mirrors last league and not enough has changed for me to want to do the same again

******* it is important to note that this setup is very specific to my crucible tree. You do not need the impossible escape set up and the cluster jewel was cheap when I bought it but is now crazy expensive. look for 3 passive attack or bow clusters instead *********
