Hey guys! With 3.25 melee changes/buff, we all know hollow palm cyclone (our signature budget spin2win build) is gonna deal some insane damage! Why? buffed cyclone damage effectiveness, free rage stacking from passives, banner & flesh and stone, and more!

- Able to generate RAGE = more DPS multiplier
- Hollow palm (dex stacking) itself gives a huge boost of flat phys, so with the damage effectiveness buff on cyclone, our damage got boosted up x3
- AOE and smoothAF clearspeed as always
- Worth min-maxing the damage now! Can reach up to 40M+ if fully maxed out
