If you don't plan on using a merc, or wanna save this pob for the next league, use pride instead of malevolence.
If you do want to use a merc - take the rallying cry merc, give him some warcry and pride effect, perquil's toe and a weapon with a lot of flat. ( I also gave him call of the void so he chills and makes tempest rising 100% uptime)
