this is a build guide for all those who want or need a budget version for Strength stackers. I am even going over an Option without Replica Alberons wich are shooting up in price at the Moment.

My Build is working the best with Glacial Hammer of Shattering, as it has the highest base effectivnes of added damage without any downsides on attack speed.
