Here's my min-maxed version of frost blades of katabasis slayer. Shoutout to Ruetoo (@BansheePrime) for another great league starter ❤️
This character is a ton of fun. Frost blades has huge range and auto targets enemies, meaning you just run around, right click, and everything dies. The build has over 100mil burst dps with tincture up and very strong defenses. Slayer is OP this league with the endurance charge buff. Stacking 11 frenzies, we get permanent 44% PDR and EDR. Add in suppression, fortify, overleech and freeze, and you almost never die.
