This is the Strongest Forbidden Rite build that ever existed, the trick is to combine the new amulet "Whispers of Infinity" with Alternative Forbidden Rite gem to deal massive damage and remove skill cost altogether, it's quite powerful combo, one proven to be too strong to warrant a future nerf so play it now while you can!
