PoE 3.20 | Lightning Arrow Deadeye update works in 3.22

With what will probably be my second to last build in Sanctum League, I finally upgraded to a full Omni build and realized I was being fooled to use Ice Shot based on what Path of Building was telling me.

Maybe I'm missing something, but from what you'll see in the short map I did, it seems clear that Lightning Arrow is far superior to Ice Shot.
