[POE 3.24] ACTUALLY BUFFED SRS League starter? MOM Pop - corn SRS Necromancer Pob guide is a Path of Exile Necromancer build by UncleJay, made for the Necropolis league (3.24). Just want to share my idea on a SRS Build that's technically buffed this league, which is the Minion Instability SRS build, or popcorn SRS build. This setup is my take on the build, utilizing Mind Over Matter as main defensive layer, extremely low-budget friendly with 2 dirt cheap common unique, and pretty much bare-bone Life Res gear with some mana.
