0.3 Permafrost Fragmentation Crossbow Invoker - Endgame Build Guide

I'm back with another crossbow build, this time permafrost bolts/fragmentation rounds invoker that uses Yoke of Suffering and Leopolds Applause for damage scaling.

Three more classes left to go in this challenge, next up will be Original Sin Shockburst Stormweaver and then Accuracy Stacking HVR Amazon in softcore and finally a Titan build for hardcore.
