3.24 Necromancer BAMA hit lvl 100 in T17 b2b

Defiance of destiny: it's 34% less dps compared to +1 curse toe, but it's almost impossible for this build to hit lvl 100 in t17 b2b w/o DoD.

Doppelganger's guise: better against DoT weaker against ele hits compared to 4th vow. Don't run 200% extra dmg mod with this.

Spectres: same as pr3vie's AG: mask of stiched demon, gravebind, rare boots with chaos res and life regen rate (brittle ground/life regen rate implicits), kingmaker, body armour with elevated explosion and fractured reduced crit dmg.

AG gears: explody chest clears faster but is expensive. Garb provides good protection to spectres with its crit immunity, spectres die way less with garb AG, also garb AG let you ignore petrified status and mods (won't be slow while channeling but still can't move when petrified)
