Cast when nothing happens is a perfect name for this build because thanks to spellslinger suport whenever you use a wand attack you cast a suported skill gem (flame wall) at the same time as the attack. Flame wall has a buff that anytime a projectile goes though the flames of the flame wall the projectile gains a ton of fire flat damage and burning damage. Thats why this works all together.
This is a 3.14 build concept back when some things where stronger and easy to assemble than nowadays
