[PoE2 0.3] The Power of Whirling Twister on a 1-Divine Budget - BUILD SHOWCASE

On account of receiving many questions and comments about what Whirling Slash Twister Deadeye is capable of on a low budget, I decided today to strip the character down and replay the gearing process on a budget of less than one divine orb. The speed and power you see here is by and large due to the power of weapon swap tech, the support gems, and the strength of combo skill building into Twister, making it one of the best low-budget build options in the game.
