How to Craft Karui Maul

1) Get 2x Karui Mauls
2) Alt Spam for T3+ Increase Physical Damage
3) Do Not hit another Prefix, you will need to annul and repeat from Step 2
4) Craft non-native prefix
5) Go to second Karui Mauls
6) Craft Flat Physical damage
7) Regal to not hit another prefix (if you do restart)
8) Craft non-native prefix
You will have 31% Chance for both prefix landing on the weapon
After weapon crafted -> Allocate Secrets of Suffering and go Crit
