My Flicker Strike Monk uses the new unique focus Effigy of Cruelty to allow us to apply critical weakness which guarantee's a crit hit on our flicker strike letting us hit some insane DPS. We use profane ritual and sacrifice to generate power charges during boss fights and use a cast on freeze profane ritual combo for mapping to auto generate power charges for us. This build excels at all content except t4 sim as the monsters in sim don't create corpses which means we can't generate power charges anymore.
