Haven't seen many people trying it so I'm just putting it out there. It works without quite as good of items as he has especially since he's on hardcore. Quick examples of 16.5 clearing and a boss to gauge damage:

It's a fun build, but best for specific content. I have done risk scarab t16.5 and t17 maps with it, but it's not good for it as you really want to be zooming and those maps get slow or rippy. I've had most fun with it doing betrayal speed farm and non-risk scarab stuff in t16.5. If anyone wants to try or has questions on crafting I can try to help here.
