Vaal Lightning Strike Aura Stack Giga Build (STD)

Combining aura stacking with VLS abuse first piqued my interest when Ethan 伊森 showcased it. Turned out to be a very strong build despite me having way worse items. Though, his gear does not exist on our server to be fair.

It's way higher DPS than VSC but VSC has bigger clear. When clearing on this skill, you just drop clones and they will kill everything behind you which is not for everyone I suppose.

The build is very tanky. At 4:46 I tank Uber Shaper slam without my ES even moving. It only took 1 Ghost Shroud charge, which you gain every second, and you have 3 of them to bat. I also tested Vaal Arctic Armour. With it up, you can tank anything in the game including stuff like Maven's brain blast one shot. You can even use Vaal Molten Shell if you'd like since it's always up. For even more tankiness, you can go Transcendence instead and tank everything without Arctic Armour but you'd be weak to phys hits.

With a 1k+ Omniscience setup you can skip all Maven memory games but lose aura stacking QOL. It is possible to phase skip Maven while aura stacking with an Original Sin version instead like Ethan did. I'd have to get better gear myself before testing it.

Flat lightning is a dead mod and crit multi is a lot better than cold res for example. But there aren't any better options right now on trade.

The only thing that can kill you is phys dots and multi-hit spells. Practically speaking, dots never kill you because you can just pop Vaal Portal when you are degening and you will be full ES anyway. However, you could die to something like Shaper clones shooting 20 balls at you since you don't evade spells and each small hit would take an entire shroud.
