► Yooooooooo, Exiles!
Here’s a quick showcase of my Lowlife Raging Spirits Companion Lich Summoner. Basically an improvement upon my 0.2 concept of the build using a forced lowlife state and companion to boost Raging Spirits and turn it into a playable build using only Raging Spirits as damage source.
Sadly, my character is faster than my Raging Spirits. I hope GGG delivers in 0.4, and gives us some minion speed scaling options. While in it's current state it wont wow anyone on single target damage, it could get a very comfy mapper if we had just a bit more minions movement speed options. Fleshpiercer pre nerf was such a big boost to the build, I can't even begin describe how good the stronger Haste Aura felt on the Raging Spirits.

► Design Goals and Considerations:
-
Eternal Youth got nuked, so I had to find a different way to recover ES. Decided to go for Satchel Unique Belt and to drop the right side.
-
Using Lichs "Eternal Life" you can force the lowlife state, which I decided to abuse to gain defenses and speed a bit more efficiently. Using Starkonja Helmet and Defiance (Annoint or Mega) you can get 270% increased Evasion without touching a single Evasion node on the tree. That gets me easily to 10k + Evasion for ~60% Evade Chance when combined with Blind. It also enables Ghost Dance for more recovery.
-
With Loyalty + Man's Beast Friend + Starkonja 30% of incoming hit damage gets taken from out Beast. The ensure the beast has the best possible uptime we can support it with Tecrod's Revenge. The companion also provides Haste, which I find crucial for Raging spirits and also shock. The 2 mandatory mods on the beast are "Haste Aura" and "All damage can shock".
-
The clear is solved with "Rupture the Soul" + a Blasphemy Temp Chains. The latter also increases you mapping defense and makes it easier for your Raging Spirits to stay on targets.
-
I dropped all res curses and exposure in favour of "Rakiata's Flow".
-
To spawn the Raging Spirits I am using Ember Fusillade. 0.3 introduced Minion Duration nodes, which makes it possible to increase the duration of your minions without lengthening the hover duration of Ember Fusillade. When combined with Compressed Duration and Swift Affliction, Ember Fusillade becomes very comfy for spawning Raging Spirits with minimal slow down. For mapping I even like to take "Forth Coming" to make it even smoother. Since Ember Fusillade hits, we can also use all the "increased minion damage when you have hit" mods on gear and the tree.
-
Because the build isn't using many minions, "Gigantic Following" is possible for "free" 20% more damage.
