Phase 3 at 2:30 (More time waiting then killing uber sirus) POB : https://pobb.in/MG_5KGsMy-CE Budget : Pretty high, not calculated but hundreds of divines easily Don't see much else to upgrade without hundreds of divines, so calling it for this build. Decently tanky with excellent DPS, usually only dies while doing overjuiced mapping or not paying attention.
POB DPS does not include the two spectres, but they survive Uber Sirus so they are up almost all the time.
Quick rundown, stack life & strength, convert to max ES via Foulborn Ghostwrithe.
Max es convert to flat lightning via energyblade and battlemage Max life converts to crit chance and increased spell damage via rathpith
Level 4 unholy trinity combined with converting lightning to chaos via foulborn blue nightmare allows me to ignore lightning/chaos resistances
