Budget was around 440 div, all rare gear was self crafted. Graveyard is very powerful to create BiS Ward gear.

Mandatory uniques: Progenesis Mahuxotl's + Tempered by War Lethal pride/Dawnbreaker + melding Nightgrip Tides of Time/Mageblood

Nimis is optional, but is a pseudo 100% more attackspeed modifier (for lifegain on hit and damage)

90% allres is achieved by Purity of Fire + 140+% flask effect Ruby Flask

If you want to save money, it probably is possible to start this build with Tides of Time + Skin of the Loyal/Lords + Mahxotl's Machination + Rakiata Lethal Pride (around 95 div), but performance will be way way worse.
