Credits to Crouching_Tuna for this build. I just wanted it to be faster.
Some of the cool tech in this build is Kikazaru for 3*(your lvl) life regen for kaoms spirit, Proj speed tattoos on all dex nodes, Hyyris Truth (no omni cuz tattoos). I use a timeless jewel with 1% life regen (x2), and stack life regen on my gear to have full rage as soon as berserk is off CD. Once the new tattoos are released I'm going to change Perfect agony into a random keystone, and anoint the nearest small dexterity node for +1 projectile (at the cost of 2 skill points).
