Overview
Hi guys, I wanted to make a post about a high QoL all-rounder budget build that’s excellent for those of you who don’t have the time to farm out mirror-tier equipment or even a mageblood. Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing Frenzy Stacking Trickster isn’t exactly a new concept, but I absolutely love this build and want to share the optimizations that I’ve made for it to perform so well on such a low budget. I first started playing this build last league after Jungroan made a video on it and have since made it significantly tankier and more enjoyable to play while retaining its excellent damage output.
64.5d PoB (Price Breakdown in Notes): https://pobb.in/mM2Bufl12WIk
Pros
One button build (all curses applied on hit, nothing to press other than pconc and movement skills)
High ele max hits (~100k with immortal call turned off)
Relatively zoomy (restless ward movespeed, lots of attack speed for shield charge and can be made a lot faster with quicksilver + silver flask)
Extremely good recovery (on hit, on kill, leech, instant leech, regen, ghost shroud)
Capped suppress and chaos res
Ailment, stun, and crit immune
42m dps, DoT capped
Room for higher investment
Can do all t17 mods (add proj, reduced recovery, and -max res can be rippy though)
Capable of doing all ubers deathless
Asenath's explode means clear speed is pretty decent
Extremely flexible tree + flasks (can be adjusted for different content)
Easy gear progression
Cons
Low phys max hit
Delayed damage (needs ramp time for wither + poison stacks)
Life flask charge generation on pure single target is not 100% sustained, which drops our bossing dps by an estimated ~20%
Offensive Layers
This build uses highly efficient damage scaling to give us enough budget in the rest of the build to still be tanky. Ralakesh’s impatience with the olesya’s delight belt and a ton of frenzy charges gives us a huge amount of DoT multi and attack speed to scale our flat damage from pconc. A well-placed light of meaning gives us 144% increased chaos damage as well. We take a ton of mastery nodes on the tree to increase our damage from polymath, and almost all of our auras are offensive.
Defensive Layers
We use replica badge of the brotherhood alongside our frenzy stacks and ralakesh to give us 10 permanent endurance charges. Combined with a sizeable life and es pool, we have very solid max hits. We sustain this max hit through a combination of multiple sources of recovery including life/es leech, life/es on kill, instant leech, life gain on hit, ghost shroud, and our life flasks. On top of this, we have 72% evade, 39% block, capped suppression and chaos res, max res from watcher’s eye and flasks, overcapped resistances from flasks, enfeeble damage reduction, and flesh and stone sand stance damage reduction.
Final Thoughts
Snakebite is by far the best pair of gloves to use if you don’t care about explosions; with a good corrupt it can be ~40% more damage than asenath’s. Of course, since we’re DoT capped anyways, this is only relevant for uber content or high delirium T17s.
There are many other higher-tier upgrades to make including a +2 AoE/+2 proj chest, a grace sublime vision, a light of meaning with increased energy shield instead of chaos damage, +1 max frenzy shield/rings, and more. However, for the sake of keeping this build affordable, I haven’t included any of them in this PoB. If people want me to make a higher tier version of the build, I will gladly do so.
