Even though I havent played a lot - 15h including lots of AFKing, I managed to get to ravageds and test few oiling strategies already. I share my thoughts on that in this vid.

Besides that, my build progression was smooth AF, I played normal blighted maps to get currency, at the point when I was hunting for items everything was cheap and available,

Most expensive items were: fulcrum(100c), cloak of flames(20c), devotos devotion (20c for good roll), cluster jewels (70c for both) and instilling orbs (around 100c), jewels 10c each. So roughly 400c or 4div to get going with ravageds and level 80. Then at level 85 I bought death rush for 100c but its not mandatory.

Next I'll be hunting for malevolence dot watchers eye and good corrupted implicits on uniques, then level 21 aura gems.
