Path Of Exile Arc lightning build [3.9] Metamorph This is my take on Arc lightning, by utilizing The Eternity shroud we can reach high levels of damage with smaller investment compared to other Eternity Shroud builds, it should be noted that our damage can be doubled with some increased gem level investments (lv4 Empower with +1 gems corruption and +1 to lightning skill gems mod on weapons).
