I recommend Twister for obvious reasons to level, but if you hate it, use Grenades or Lightning Spear + Primal Strikes/Explosive Spear.
Once again, this is not a league starter, it's just a cool build concept that I'm going to try and make work when I finish my 4th Trial. The PoB is very bare bones and prone to iteration as I test and play it.
