[POE 3.27] Dex Stacking Eye of Winter

NOTE: Since making the video I took out the wand points on the tree...they did nothing! Added culling strike and some more ES leech (see POB)

Hi Exiles! In this video, I’m showcasing making my Dex Stacking Eye of Winter caster "Old Man Proof" in Path of Exile 3.27.

This build was originally inspired by Captain Lance, and I wanted to see if I could take the concept and make it smoother, more forgiving, and easier to play — without losing what makes it fun. The result is a fast-casting, high-damage Eye of Winter build that focuses on consistency, automation, and layered defenses rather than perfect execution.

You’ll see gameplay from maps and boss fights, followed by a full breakdown of what I changed, why I made those decisions, and how the build performs in real gameplay — not just on paper.

This is an expensive build, but it’s one of those setups that feels great when everything comes together. If you enjoy fast casters that don’t require constant micromanagement, this one might be for you.
