This is a showcase of my spectral throw dexterity stacking in a simulacrum wave 25-30I have played this for almost 2 weeks now and its been a blast with this build. One of the reasons spectral throw is so strong atm, is because of the new sentinel mods on boots that give 2-4 cold damage per 10 dex. Last league Omni for spectral throw was king, but now with the new mods on boots, dex stacking is way superior. If you dont like spectral throw, you could easliy make it work with Venom Gyre or Cobra lash with a few changes all depends on which one you prefer.
