TLDR: I used a lot of totem life tattoos, a forbidden shako with lvl30+ spell totem and some totem life wheels to get a lot of recoup from the Chieftain node. On my build it ends up being 12826 life recouped over 3 seconds which means 4275 life per second. Then I use anomalous petrified blood and rathpith globe to make use of that recoup. I explain more stuff on the forum post but feel free to ask.
