Hello, this was my second build of the league I rolled to & have been tweaking it and having so much fun over the past week and a half or so. I went a route to get dot cap without the herald tattoos because they were and are currently about 3 div a pop. It feels so bad to me throwing 60~ Div in the fire, and I hit dot cap without it. You can still ofc do that with an elegant hubris setup to push uber boss dps. I'm going to be streaming but will check back frequently to answer any questions :).
