What makes this version different is the defensive layers have changed allowing us to go block while still having good max phys hit and high life recovery

This league has the potential to see a ton of new changes to pconc and I plan on trying everything I can. For the first time in a while it feels like pconc has potential to feel like a fresh build given the new supports interact with the build.
